代表である櫻井はる枝 は、フランス園芸協会DAFA3、オランダ国家資格DFA、並びに日本の国家資格であるフラワー装飾技能士の資格を有しており、本校にてその技術を学ぶことが出来ます。　
また、オランダ大使館主催のセレモニーにおいてフワラーコンペティションの実行委員を務めております。

Ms. Sakurai has the certification of DAFA3 by National Horticultural Society of France, the Dutch national qualification as Dutch Floral Arranger (DFA) and the Japanese national qualification as Floral Decoration Specialist. Everybody can learn special and professional skills through the courses from her and other splendid instructors. Also, as a creative producer, HARUE FLOWER also flexibly responds to requests from corporate and private customers. HARUE FLOWER beautifully produces commercial events and commercial open-spaces for major businesses as well as totally produces wedding ceremonies for private customers.
